I’ve compiled this list of free books (current as of April 2023) for you. Check them out! It’s not required, though… these books come with no strings attached! Amish fiction and historical Christian romance novels are fun to read, but I do like having electricity, telephone, the Internet, and my Kindle! Updated March 28 Here’s another list of newly-free Christian books! I hope you are reading good and encouraging books during this time of quarantine. If you live in a pleasant climate, take your Kindle outside and read in the fresh air and sunshine! Here in Wisconsin, we’re still having fires in the fireplace every evening. That’s a cozy way to read! I’m so blessed by the number of Christian authors who are giving away their books right now, to help others through this challenging time. The books come with no strings attached, but I have a couple of suggestions if you’d like to thank the author. First, leave an Amazon review. It doesn’t have to be long or fancy – just a note that you enjoyed the book. Second, if you are a Kindle Unlimited subscriber and the book is available in Kindle Unlimited, consider borrowing and reading it that way. Betwixt Two Hearts ~ A Crossroads Collection
I felt very honored to be invited to participate in the new Crossroads Collection: Betwixt Two Hearts. I bought the first three when they came out, and I enjoyed the unique concept – a collection of novellas that are each free-standing book but tied together in a theme, and one full-length book by Amanda Tru that connects them all. (Note – most of the “novellas” are more like full-length books.) In Betwixt Two Hearts, Amanda opens the collection with a story about two people establishing an online matchmaking agency. Not a dating site, mind you, but a real matchmaking agency with the goal of setting up marriages. Each of the subsequent books is a contemporary Christian romance about two people who meet through the Betwixt Two Hearts agency. In addition to mine, you’ll find delightful stories by Amanda Tru, Kari Trumbo, Alana Terry, Carol Moncado, Chautona Havig. and ME.
